Hello! Thanks so much for your interest in my handmade work.
Each plushie is a unique piece, handcrafted with dedication from 🏖️Valparaíso, Chile, for the world.🌏
IMPORTANT: By making any payment , you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms described in this page.
What I don't make:

*No NSFW
*No clothing or accesories
*No extremely difficult design or color pattern.
*No Mechas, humanoids, realistic or gore/creepy characters.
*Not for children: My plushies are not designed for rough handling. They love hugs, but are not toys meant for rough play.
Nature of work and finishes
* 🪡Handmade work: My finishes, all faces and details are hand-sewn . They are NOT embroidered, not have an industrial or factory quality.
*Due to my blue motor and cognitive difficulties, I cannot achieve perfect symmetry.
*By commissioning me, you accept this specific imperfect nature. If you are looking for industrial precision, please don't commission me.
*Patterns: I don't sell, gift or share my patterns, due they are not designed in accordance with industry standards.
Shipping, Pakaging & Customs
* International shipping: worldwide by regular post except US (only via FedEx)
*Climate protection: Each plush is wrapped in plastic sleeve bag and placed in a box fully linedwith packing tape to protect moisture and humidity during transit.
*Shipping cost: Depend on the final box size and weight. I can give you an estimate price.
* Shipping Fee Adjustments: If there is any difference or discrepancy in the final shipping cost, the customer must cover the remaining amount before dispatch (an official photo/receipt from the shipping company will be sent as proof).
*Customs: It's the customer responsability to research their country's customs rules, Im not responsible for delays or packages returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect information.

*Options:
-100% upfront
-50% upfront and 50% before start.
-other special payment plans for big projects.
-shipping payment when the plushie are ready to send.
Material and personal conditions
*Color matching: I will not accept a commission if I cannot find suitable fabrics or colors in my options.
*Palette adaptation: Projects will only proceed if the customer agrees to adapt the color palette to available fabric options.🏡Work Environment:
*Smoke-free🍃: My work space is 100% free of smoke and chimney.
*Please consider if you have severe allergies, I have a pet.💙Health & Personal Conditions:
* A Human Behind the Art:
I am a long way from the young person who first started sewing in her room. But this path also brings its consequences. My body works so differently now. I live with the same autism and Severe sensory issues of my life (which bring frequent pain and constant migraines), but now as well as osteoarthritis, body stiffness, and constant contractures. I also deal with spinal pathologies that cause aditional and regular pain day by day.
I share this for transparency. My creations are 100% handmade by a single person managing real physical and health limits. This means my production times are what they are, and I cannot rush. 🙏
* Caregiver Duties: I am also a full-time caregiver for my elderly sick parents. Unexpected health emergencies or family situations can be change my actual emotional stability. ❤️🩹
🛑 Cancellation policy
I reserve the right to cancel a commission and provide a 100% refund if my health or personal circumstances prevent me from completing the work. I deeply appreciate your empathy, patience, and understanding. 🙏
*Communication & Process:
*Patience: I will reply as soon as possible withing my limited availability as full work + caregiver.
*I have a dead line but I dont accept pressure to rush the crafting process.
*WIP: I enjoy sharing photos if I considering need aditional information in the process.
*Radical changes (colors, design ) will incur an addittional cost. Be sure of your character.
Care & Washing Instructions:
*Small plushies: hand wash only, or gentle cycle inside a delicates bag.
*Large plushies: Surface clean only (spot clean with mild detergent, air dry or hairdryer on cool setting.)
*Zippers: If included, the zipper is ONLY for removing stuffing for travel or cleaning. DO NOT put the plushie in the washing machine without stuffing.

* Clear reference images or drawing of the character (front and back views, or important details).
* Desired size: Indicate whether you are looking for a small, medium, or large size. (Considering if your character have big tail or wings.)
* Special details: Specify if can simplified complex elements (wings, horns, accessories, color patterns, tattoos ,etc.).Important note: I do not provide quick quotes or estimate prices without visual references. Once you send me all the required information, I will review the details and reply with a complete quote and availability.
